How it works. Message us within 30 days of delivery at contactus@jamies.in or on WhatsApp with your order number, and we'll send you a reverse shipping label. Pieces should be unworn and unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Bought on sale? You can still exchange it for the same piece in another size, even after the sale ends, and credit notes are for the price you paid. Custom pieces and gift cards can't be exchanged or credited.
Damaged or wrong item? Tell us as soon as your order arrives and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Always wash with like colours. Natural dyes can release a little colour in the first few washes, so wash darker shades separately at first.
