Refund policy

Every Jamies piece is made to order, cut and stitched just for you. Because of this, we are not able to offer refunds. We do want you to love what you wear, though, so if something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with an exchange or a credit note.

What we can offer

  • An exchange for the same piece. If the fit isn't right, we'll swap it for the same garment in another size.
  • A credit note. If you'd rather choose something else, we'll issue a credit note for the value you paid, which you can use on anything at jamies.in. If your new choice costs more, you simply pay the difference.

How it works

  1. Write to us within 30 days of delivery at contactus@jamies.in or on WhatsApp at +91 91535 35340. Share your order number and tell us whether you'd like an exchange or a credit note.
  2. We'll send you a reverse shipping label and simple instructions for sending the piece back.
  3. Once it reaches us and we've checked it, we'll start making your new size (dispatched within 3-7 working days) or email your credit note to you.

A few things to keep in mind

  • The piece should be unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received it, with its tags and original packaging.
  • Please reach out before sending anything back. Parcels sent without a request first can't be accepted.
  • Bought it on sale? You can still exchange it for the same piece in another size, even after the sale has ended. A credit note is issued for the sale price you paid.
  • Custom or personalised pieces and gift cards can't be exchanged or credited.

Damaged or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, message us as soon as you can with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order until it has been packed by writing to us at contactus@jamies.in. Any amount paid will be returned to your original payment method.

Questions about a size before you order? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you find your fit, so an exchange is rarely needed.
