Is everything made to order?

Yes. Every Jamies piece is made to order, so we prepare yours after you place your order.

How long does dispatch and delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 5-7 days, and delivery takes 10-14 days depending on your region in India. We ship across India. See our shipping policy for details.

Can I customise a piece?

Yes, slight customisation such as sleeve length and size is available. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 91535 35340 or email contactus@jamies.in. You can also write to us to request a specific colour, for example for our scrunchie sets.

What sizes do you make?

Our sizes run from XS to XXL. Each product page lists the model's height and the size the model is wearing. Pages with a size guide also give body and garment measurements.

How do I choose my size?

Check the model's height and size on the product page. Where there is a size guide, compare it with your own measurements. Garment measurements are taken with the item laid flat, so double the waist or hip value to get the full circumference. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you find your fit.

What fabrics do you use?

Most of our pieces are made in linen, cotton-linen blends or TENCEL™ (Lyocell). A few are in cotton or our Restore fabric. Each product page lists its fabric.

How do I care for linen and cotton-linen pieces?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash, with a mild detergent. Always wash with like colours. Do not bleach. Turn the garment inside out and dry it in the shade. If needed, iron inside out on medium heat while slightly damp. Linen gets softer with every wash. Dark colours can run in the first few washes, so wash them separately at first.

How do I care for TENCEL™ pieces?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Always wash with like colours. Do not bleach and avoid wringing. Turn the garment inside out and dry it in the shade. If needed, iron inside out on low heat.

How do I wash the headbands and scrunchies?

Machine wash cold with like colours, do not bleach, lay flat to dry and iron on low.

Can I return or exchange an order?

We have a 14-day replacement and exchange policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request one. The item must be unworn and unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. To start, email contactus@jamies.in. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Approved replacements are issued as a credit note or gift card, for products of equal or higher value. Custom products, such as special orders or personalised pieces, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. See our full refund policy.

What if my item is damaged or I received the wrong item?

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately at contactus@jamies.in so we can make it right.
