Pieces should be unworn and unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Bought on sale? You can still exchange it for the same piece in another size, even after the sale ends, and credit notes are for the price you paid. Custom pieces and gift cards can't be exchanged or credited.

Fabric and care
FabricCotton / Linen (Flax)
Always wash with like colours. Natural dyes can release a little colour in the first few washes, so wash darker shades separately at first.
- Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle, or hand wash, with a mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Turn inside out and line dry in the shade
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron inside out on medium heat while slightly damp
Linen softens beautifully with every wash.
